My name is Tim Bogott, and I am the broker / owner of a Heartland Real Estate Company, an independent Real Estate Brokerage in Houston, TX. I joined the US Navy after High School, and when my enlistment was complete, went to College and Graduate School earning a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA).

Before getting into Real Estate, I was in Corporate Sales with a manufacturing company providing electronic products to Fortune 100 companies around the globe. This experience provided me with great training on how to listen to understand the needs and desires of different clients from around the world enabling the delivery of exactly what the client wants and needs.
I became a licensed real estate agent in 2014 and obtained my broker’s license in 2019. Before opening Heartland Real Estate Company, I spent seven years with Coldwell Banker – Cy Fair office growing from an individual agent to building a real estate team.
I have been married for 22 years to my lovely wife Tisbe Bogott, and we have two (2) children – Timothy Bogott II and Sofia Bogott, and have been living in the Cypress, TX area for about 18 years. When not working, my wife and I are busy with Sofia’s sports activities and Timothy’s music concerts put on by the School of Rock.
I found my calling by working in real estate, and genuinely believe in forming lasting relationships with my clients. My motto is Your Partner - Today and Tomorrow.

Have an initial consultation with one of Heartland's agents to tell us about what your needs are in a new home. They will have you talk with a lending partner to get pre-approved to determine the amount of house you can buy.
These are fees part of the real estate transaction beyond your down payment. It will include (but not limited to) loan processing fees, 15 months of insurance premium and 3-6 months of pre-paid property taxes placed into your escrow account at closing.
Heartland's agents number one job is to protect their clients interest. The model homes sales persons number one job is to look out for the builders interest. Price is not your only negotiable item! There are many critical steps in the building process and Heartland's agents will guide you through all of them.
