Before entering the real estate industry, Tim honed his expertise in Corporate Sales, working with a manufacturing company that provided electronic products to Fortune 100 companies worldwide. This experience taught him the importance of truly listening to clients’ needs and delivering exactly what they’re looking for.
In 2014, Tim found his true calling and became a licensed real estate agent. By 2019, he had earned his broker’s license and opened Heartland Real Estate Company. Prior to this, he spent seven fulfilling years with Coldwell Banker – Cy Fair office, where he grew from an individual agent to leading a successful real estate team.
Real estate is more than just a career for Tim; it’s a passion. We know that we must earn our clients future referrals. We focus on making sure our clients are satisfied with service that surpasses their expectations.

Have an initial consultation with one of Heartland's agents to tell us about what your needs are in a new home. They will have you talk with a lending partner to get pre-approved to determine the amount of house you can buy.
These are fees part of the real estate transaction beyond your down payment. It will include (but not limited to) loan processing fees, 15 months of insurance premium and 3-6 months of pre-paid property taxes placed into your escrow account at closing.
Heartland's agents number one job is to protect their clients interest. The model homes sales persons number one job is to look out for the builders interest. Price is not your only negotiable item! There are many critical steps in the building process and Heartland's agents will guide you through all of them.
